How to use

Once you have set up an Eazy Tel account, it is easy to place a call. Just follow these simple steps to start enjoying the service and saving money on your international calls

Calling From UK

1. Dial any of the access number from any touch tone phone 0800 249 4066 / 0208 166 0505

If calling from a phone not registered as your CLI, you will be prompted to enter your account number and PIN or
If calling from a number registered as your CLI, on dialing the access number, you will hear an IVR please enter your destination number.

2. Just enter the destination number at the prompt (including the country code)
00 + country code + area code + destination number.

Once you have entered the destination number, just wait and your call will be connected.
Note:

Please do not select the destination numbers from the contact list/phone book of your phones/mobiles and press enter / send / green button or dialling button
This will generate a new call which will be charged by your phone/mobile operator.

When calling from mobile

Dial any of the access number from your registered mobile phone 0800 249 4066 /0208 166 0505
At the prompt, dial the destination number: 00 + area code + destination number

To use the service from you registered mobile without having to dial the access number every time you wish to call, store the number in the following manner:

Type the name of the person, say Suzanne.
Enter the access number.
Add a "p" after the Eazytel access number. (**To add "p" hold down the *key until it changes to "p").
Now enter the full destination number of Suzanne including the international code.
Save.

** This feature may not work in some handsets. For more instructions, refer to your mobile phone instruction manual.

When calling from abroad

Dial the access number of the country you are in (Click here for full list of countries and their access number). At the prompt, enter your account number and PIN.

When you hear the connecting prompt, dial the full destination number:
00 + country code + city code + destination number
Call Customer services on 0208 028 0000, to Top-up your account if you run out of credit while using the service abroad or email us at topup@eazytel.com

Please Note:
If you use the service from a landline:
0800 number is free from all UK landline; however your service provider may charge you for using the 0207 access numbers. Please check with your provider for the current rates.

If you use the service from a mobile:
Your mobile service provider may charge you for using our 0800 249 4066 or the 0208 166 0505 access numbers. Please check with your provider for the current rates.

If you have a Pay-as-you-go phone then before placing a call please note that, you will have to top-up your mobile phone to dial these access numbers. All access number may be charged at different rates. As such, we advise you to Please check with your provider for current rates.
For contract phones we recommend that you use the 0207 access number for placing calls from your mobile as many mobile operators include these numbers in the inclusive minutes added to your mobile contract. Please check with your provider for current rates.

You can also use your off-peak free local minutes to dial the 0207 access numbers after checking with your service provider. Note that national rates may be charged when calling from outside the 0207 region but within the UK and likewise an international rate may be charged if calling from another country.

How to top-up

a) Customer Services :
You can call our 24/ 7 friendly customer services on 0208 028 0000, 0800 249 4057, to top-up your account Please ensure you have the following details with you:

Your account number
Password set by you when you opened the account

Subject to verifications details provided by you, the customer services will attempt to top-up your account as per your needs and as per our policies and procedures.

b) On-line Top-up via website :
You can also top up your account online. All you need to do is just fill in the top up form.

Enter your account number, first name, surname, telephone, mobile, city, town and postcode and email
Select the Top-up amount.
Select the payment type
Once you press the submit button you will get an display " connecting to payment gateway"
On the PAYPAL page if you have an account with paypal please log in and if not then press continue Please enter the details mentioned on the form again.
Ensure all mandatory fields are filled and press the Review order and Continue
Once completed, You get the top up confirmation in your email.

All online payments are made over secure connections.

c) Auto top-up
You can use your debit / credit card to automatically top your account up. This means that when your account reaches a certain level - usually 5. We will automatically top up your account with a pre-set amount of money. All you need is to call customer service and they will set your account to auto top up or follow the steps:

Log in to your account by entering your account number and password,
Check automatic recharge button.
Enter the amount you want your account to be automatically recharged as it reaches to that amount e.g. say 10 as your account balance will reach 10 it will be automatically topped up by the preset amount of money That has been agreed and preset by you. Please note the minimum amount required for Top-up is 10.
