Calling From UK
- Dial any of the access number from any touch tone phone
0800 249 4066 / 0208 166 0505
- If calling from a phone not registered as your CLI you will be prompted to enter your account number
and PIN and then your destination number
- If calling from a number registered as your CLI, just dial the destination number at the prompt
- Including 00 + area code + destination number.
When calling from mobile
- When calling from mobiles dial the 0208 166 0505 access number .
- At the prompt, dial the destination number: 00 + area code + destination number.
- Once you have entered the destination number, just wait and your call will be connected. Do not press enter or send.
To use the service from you mobile without having to dial the access number every time you wish to call, store the number in the following manner:
Type the name of the person, say Suzanne.
Enter the access number.
Add a “p” after the Eazytel access number. (**To add “p” hold down the *key until it changes to “p”).
Now enter the fill destination number of Suzanne including the international code.
Save.
Use the 0208 166 0505 access number when calling from a mobile to make use of your free minutes. Your mobile service provider may charge for calls to the 0208 166 0505 access number.

Using the service from abroad.
Dial the access number of the country you are in (Click here for full list of countries and their access number).
At the prompt, enter your account number and PIN. When you hear the connecting prompt, dial the full destination number:
00 + country code + city code + destination number
Call 0208 028 0000 , to Top-up your account if you run out of credit while using the service abroad.
